This is just one of many approaches I use when coming up with any diagnosis or treatment plan. Booking fee includes the visit, along with any prescriptions or doctors note that needs to be written. Additional testing, such as analyzing urine for infection, or testing a throat swab for Strep, are done for additional (at-cost) fees.
