CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

In order to provide timely and cost-effective services to everyone, appointments with Doctor to You include the following cancellation/no-show policy: If you cancel or decline services within 24 hours of the appointment, you will pay $25 or 30% of the service cost, whichever is greater. Any cancellations or rescheduling greater than 24 hours out incurs no fee or penalty.
